No change-of-mind returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind or items ordered in error. Please check the product, size, quantity and specifications before confirming your order. Contact our team if you need help choosing a material.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
For damaged, defective or incorrect-item claims, customers must submit a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed parcel, shipping label, opening process and the issue clearly.
Without this video, we may be unable to verify or approve the claim. This requirement is subject to applicable consumer law.
